ADPulse

Network Policies

These launch policies define acceptable use of the ADPulse independent advertising network. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch in each operating market.

Publisher policy

Publishers must control each submitted property, publish original or properly licensed content, keep ads distinguishable from content, and must not manipulate impressions or clicks.

Prohibited activity includes self-clicking, click exchanges, paid-to-click traffic, automated traffic, hidden or stacked ads, forced redirects, misleading placements, auto-refresh intended to inflate revenue, and encouraging visitors to click ads.

ADPulse may withhold, reverse or reject earnings attributed to invalid traffic and may suspend inventory while traffic quality is reviewed.

Advertiser policy

Advertising must accurately represent the destination and must not distribute malware, phishing, counterfeit goods, deceptive claims, illegal products or content prohibited by applicable law. Advertisers are responsible for rights to their creatives and landing-page content.

Privacy & measurement

ADPulse uses contextual, device and coarse location signals for delivery and measures ad requests, viewable impressions, clicks and conversions. Publishers and advertisers remain responsible for required disclosures, consent and opt-out mechanisms in their jurisdictions.

Payments

Advertiser deposits and publisher withdrawals are processed through supported payment rails. Publisher earnings may be adjusted for invalid traffic, refunds or chargebacks before settlement. KYC may be required before withdrawal.
